By using Chinxo you agree to provide accurate account and delivery information and to use the marketplace only for lawful purchases.

Products and availability

Product availability, supplier inventory, pricing and delivery estimates may change before an order is paid. If a paid item becomes unavailable, we will arrange a replacement, cancellation or refund as appropriate.

Payments

An order is considered paid only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.

Fulfilment

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to the delivery address saved in your account.
